About The Position

This role serves as a Wealth Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Wealth Manager. The position involves direct client interaction, account management, administrative tasks, and project ownership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Business or office experience.
  • Demonstrates good customer service.
  • Effectively work as a team member and independently.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.
  • Trust experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and answer phones.
  • Assist clients with online account access.
  • Open and sort mail.
  • Balance Trust Accounts.
  • File paper and electronic documents.
  • Reviews and pays clients bills.
  • Prepares correspondence and client reports.
  • Complete department mailings.
  • Takes ownership of projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
