About The Position

The WB Component (Warehouse) Coordinator counts inventory and relays count information to the Purchasing department via email. The role supports warehouse, kitting, production, and assembly operations by handling parts, receiving and storing inventory, and transferring products between facilities. The coordinator may also pick up or deliver items for suppliers or customers and will be trained to cover other operational areas as needed.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, production workers, the Purchasing department, and management.
Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Business Central.
Proficient keyboarding skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with computerized inventory systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain insurance approval.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds at times, navigate the warehouse, reach items both high and low, and stand or sit for prolonged periods.

Forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

Count inventory and relay count information to the Purchasing department via email.
Pull and deliver parts based on requests from kitting, production, and assembly.
Receive parts using warehouse insights and handheld scanners.
Package and store inventory items on racking using warehouse insights.
Keep warehouse areas organized and ensure items are received at the warehouse.
Transfer product between facilities as needed using a forklift truck and pickup truck with a gooseneck trailer.
Pick up and drop off items from suppliers or customers as needed.
Operate a forklift truck when necessary.
Train in other areas to provide coverage as needed, including teeth and shanks, hydraulic kits, shipping, finished goods, and parts orders.
Perform other related duties as requested.
