About The Position
Radiant Waxing Salon is seeking a Waxing Specialist (Licensed Esthetician / Cosmetologist) to join their team. The salon offers a fun and exciting environment with a beauty-focused culture and beautiful locations. The role involves performing all Radiant Waxing services for guests. The company provides free, comprehensive training in their specially designed speed-waxing technique.
Requirements
- Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license or in the process of obtaining an aesthetician or cosmetology license
- An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, and welcome
- Willing to work flexible days and hours
Nice To Haves
- Students interested in working in the salon and spa industry who are currently attending aesthetics or cosmetology school
- Barbers, medical estheticians, master estheticians, skin care specialists (licensed estheticians), hair stylists, and anyone in the spa, salon, beauty industry
Responsibilities
- Perform all Radiant Waxing services for all guests
- Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
- Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
