About The Position

LunchboxWax Downtown Boise, now Radiant Waxing, is hiring Licensed Estheticians / Cosmetologist for their Waxing Specialist position. The company was founded in Boise, Idaho, is locally owned and operated, and has been established since 2010 with over 1,500 5-star Google Reviews to help build clientele. They are looking for eager Waxologists who are great at connecting with people and are financially motivated. The menu also includes Lash Lifts + Tints + Brow Laminations for additional earning opportunities. Training is scheduled to start in May 2026.

Requirements

• Willing to work flexible days and hours, including being available during entire hours of operations (8AM-8PM, reduced hours on weekends)
• Ability to work 4 shifts during the week (2 AMs and 2 PMs, shifts run 8AM-2PM & 2PM-8PM)
• Ability to work every Sunday from 8AM-5PM for at least 6-12 months
• Must have a current licensed esthetician / cosmetology license or be in the process of obtaining one
• An innate ability to make people feel comfortable, important, safe, and welcome during all services
• Be positive, friendly, upbeat and personable to guests and staff
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible for finding your own parking downtown

Responsibilities

• Perform ALL Radiant Waxing services for ALL GENDERS
• Maintain a professional appearance during working hours
• Grow guest base with self-marketing and participation in salon marketing initiatives
