About The Position
The Wax Operator is responsible for completing assigned tasks, following the schedule as set by supervision, maintaining a clean work area, and reducing scrap. Specific Duties include performing basic wax related tasks in assigned area, performing the production schedule as needed by business demand, keeping the work area clean, orderly, and in safe condition, following all safety rules, and supporting 6S initiatives. The role also requires maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Additional responsibilities may be required or assigned.

- Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
- Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving
- Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently
- Ability to perform tasks as directed
