About The Position
This position is for a Waterfront Director at YMCA Camp Tippecanoe for the Summer of 2026. The role involves overseeing the safe operation of the camp's waterfront and aquatic activities, aiming to make the waterfront a favorite spot for campers. The director will also be responsible for developing lifeguards through regular in-service trainings and collaborating with other staff members to establish best work practices.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Lifeguard with waterfront experience
- Prior supervisory experience
