Requirements

Possess current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
Strong swimming skills and CPR/First Aid certification required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances are required.
An employee is not permitted to begin work until he/she has mailed his/her clearance requests, and signed the Employee Disclosure Statement.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in custodial or housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of all campers and guests by supervising swimming activities in the pool area.
Enforce water safety rules and respond promptly to emergencies.
Greet campers and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing information about camp activities and amenities.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations and payments.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the camp facilities, including cabins, restrooms, and common areas.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, and trash removal.
Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
