About The Position

Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater to support its Loveland, Denver, or Colorado Springs office. The position includes project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management. The successful candidate will work independently while interacting effectively with other team members, managing and developing client relationships, and supporting business development through client visits and participation in local industry conferences and seminars. The role offers opportunities to work on Water/Wastewater projects as well as rail and transportation infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a Water Resource emphasis.
• 10+ years of experience specializing in Water/Wastewater Design Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience producing plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort managing and developing business client relationships.
• Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.

Nice To Haves

• MicroStation and InRoads experience.
• Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations.
• Experience with technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Water/Wastewater projects, including project management and contracting.
