About The Position

An established multi-disciplined consulting firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join its Milwaukee, Wisconsin team. The role involves managing water and wastewater projects, representing the firm in client meetings, supporting business development, and mentoring junior staff. The Project Manager will oversee project documentation and assist with funding packages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• At least 5 years of Water/Wastewater experience.
• Project management experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the firm in meetings with new and existing clients, including council meetings.
• Manage projects, including planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC.
• Assist with business development.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• Oversee plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents.
• Assist with project funding packages in collaboration with funding staff.
