Water/Wastewater Engineer
About The Position
A reputable engineering firm is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their growing team in Youngstown! This is a hybrid position. The role involves collecting and reviewing data, performing calculations, and preparing contract documents to assist with design. The engineer will assist the project team on preliminary and final design documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D/Revit, and aid in the preparation of preliminary engineering design reports and studies. The position requires working on design projects involving treatment process and hydraulic analysis, equipment selection, and layout for either water or wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field
- 5+ years of experience
- PE License
- Familiarity with federal and state environmental rules and regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Water/wastewater treatment experience
- Experience with processing modeling software
Responsibilities
