About The Position

A multi-discipline consulting firm is seeking a Project Water/Wastewater Engineer for their growing team in White Plains, New York. This role involves performing various engineering tasks related to wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment processes, leading engineering evaluations, and preparing design calculations, reports, plans, and specifications. The position also includes construction administrative tasks such as construction phase management, coordinating shop drawing reviews, responding to RFIs, and developing construction change orders. The engineer will communicate directly with clients, confirm the accuracy of plans and specifications, and perform field activities including site investigations, witnessing testing, and construction observation. Additionally, the role requires supervising and managing junior staff and assisting with business development through writing technical proposals and budgeting. The successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. Requirements

  • BS in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical)
  • 5+ work experience in the design and/or design services of water/wastewater
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D software

  • PE License preferred
