Water Truck Operators - Class 1 or 3
About The Position
Ambipar Response Industrial Services is seeking Water Truck Operators to join their team. This role involves operating Water Truck Units on current projects locally and across Western Canada, primarily within the Downhole Drilling division. Ambipar specializes in providing quality services to the oil/gas, utility, and construction industries, operating a large fleet of modern units across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. They focus on safety, industry-leading training, and technology, offering 24/7 support from their Maintenance, Safety, and Operations Departments.
Requirements
- Class 1 or 3 Driver's License with Air Brakes
- 13 or 18 Speed Transmission experience (must be able to drive manual transmission)
- Clean driver's abstract
- Instructor certified First Aid & H2S Alive
- Confined Space
- Ability to pass pre-employment Fit to Work & Drug & Alcohol Testing
Nice To Haves
- PCST, PST, CSTS, Fall Protection, Ground Disturbance
- Water Truck Operating Experience on Drilling Rig & Pipeline HDD Projects
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment as per company and customer expectations
- Maintain equipment in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements
- Complete Daily Field Tickets, Logbooks, Pre-trips, Hazard Assessments
- Attend daily safety meetings
- Follow the safety program, including all policies, procedures and practices
- Maintain valid safety tickets & site orientations as required
Benefits
- Pipeline HDD & Civil Project Wages range from $25/HR to $29/HR + OT
- Drilling Rig Project Wages range from $350/DAY to $400/DAY
- $500.00 Bonus for referring new employees
