About The Position

Water Mitigation Technician Serving Columbus Area- I-70 Loo p All Claims Repairs – 43 Years As A Trusted Leader in Restoration & Property Damage Solutions! We are seeking a reliable & hardworking Water Tech to respond to emergency water damage situations, mold remediation and structural drying. All Claims Repairs is committed to helping our clients to recover and restore properties to pre-loss condition quickly with professional care.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• IICRC Certification (Water Restoration Technician – WRT & ASD)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

• MICA/Mitigate Training
• Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction
• Familiarity with moisture meters and drying equipment

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
• Monitor moisture levels and record accurate readings
• Set up and take down drying equipment
• Clean and disinfect affected areas
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
