About The Position

The Water Spider moves manufactured parts physically within production areas and records transactional movements in the ERP system. The role receives completed manufactured parts into the supermarket, checks and delivers parts to weld cells, handles production and inventory data entry, operates a forklift, and moves parts carts within the plant. It also supports internal customers and suppliers with order-status inquiries and helps maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to use a tape measure and read and interpret blueprints or engineering drawings.
• Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.
• Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including lifting or moving up to 75 pounds and occasionally working at a height of 15 feet.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory-control role.
• Experience with hand scanners.
• Experience with or ability to learn Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, MAS90, and 10 Key.

Responsibilities

• Receive manufactured parts into the supermarket upon completion.
• Unload parts, check part numbers and bin locations, verify orders, enter data, and deliver parts to weld cells.
• Respond to internal customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Enter production information for in-house manufactured items for parts orders, stock, and work orders.
• Enter inventory movement data when needed.
• Operate a forklift to pick up, deliver, and move materials throughout the plant.
• Push, pull, load, and unload parts carts within the plant.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, including discarding boxes and pallets.
• Assist the manager and perform other duties as assigned.
