About The Position

I-2-I Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to support the sampling portion of a water testing and analysis opportunity located in Lake Placid, Florida. This role is specifically for water sample collection services only. The subcontractor will be responsible for collecting samples from designated special district locations in accordance with applicable Florida Department of Environmental Protection sampling procedures. Samples must be properly collected, documented, labeled, and handled for submission to an accredited laboratory. The scope of work includes field sampling at various locations including Istokpoga Marsh Watershed Improvement District, Sun ’N Lakes of Lake Placid Special Recreation District, Highlands Park Special Benefit District, and Placid Lakes Special Benefit District.

Requirements

• Experience with environmental, water-quality, or field sample collection.
• Knowledge of proper sampling, labeling, preservation, and chain-of-custody practices.
• Ability to follow Florida DEP sampling procedures.
• Ability to travel to sampling sites in Lake Placid, Florida.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to provide pricing for sampling services.

• References or past performance related to water sampling, environmental field work, or similar services are preferred.

Responsibilities
