About The Position

Roto-Rooter is hiring full-time Water Restoration Technicians. After completing paid training, technicians can expect to earn between $40,000 and $60,000. No prior experience is necessary, and the role may suit people with backgrounds in carpet cleaning, construction, lawn care, pest control, or general labor. The position offers flexible work schedules and opportunities for growth within the Water Restoration department.

Technicians work as part of a team using specialized equipment to extract water from structures and remove damaged furniture, flooring, and wallboard. They follow IICRC protocols on all jobs. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test. The role requires maintaining an IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification. Applicants must be at least 21 years old if the position is DOT regulated.
