Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marine biology or related field from four-year college or university
  • A minimum of 3 years paid experience working with life support systems
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of the Water Quality Department.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain staffing schedules to ensure appropriate departmental coverage.
  • Process departmental purchase orders, invoices, and related purchasing documentation.
  • Perform routine and advanced life support system maintenance on aquatic systems.
  • Oversee and perform raw seawater disinfection and transport for large aquatic systems.
  • Install, repair, and modify plumbing for aquatic systems as needed.
