About The Position

FTD Solutions is looking for a Water Management Engineer in Hillsboro, OR, to work side by side with client engineers and site leaders to turn water data into decisions and action. This is a long-term role in a multi-year program, backed by FTD's global water team.

Requirements

• Strong technical and analytical skills, with expertise in water systems and management.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident communicator who can lead a room of engineers
• B.S. Degree in chemical or environmental engineering, or equivalent education.
• 7+ years of engineering experience preferred. Relevant experience matters most: if you have 2–4 years in semiconductor facilities, ultrapure water, or industrial water treatment, we encourage you to apply.

Nice To Haves

• Semiconductor, UPW, or acid/HF wastewater experience is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and ongoing operation of the water management program at the client's campus
• Serve as the on-site technical lead for client engineering and site leadership, representing FTD Solutions
• Analyze water balance, treatment, quality, and reuse data, and use FTD's water model to recommend a path forward
• Standardize and scale conservation and compliance processes, with performance metrics that improve site water performance
