Under the general direction of the Capital Program Manager, the position administers the Water Loss Program, analyzes system performance data, supports development of capital and operational strategies to reduce real and apparent water loss, coordinates interdepartmental efforts, and supports compliance with state and industry water loss reporting requirements. The role collaborates closely with internal and external partners to improve system efficiency, reliability, and long-term water resource stewardship.
