About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Water Jet Operator to set up and operate cutting equipment in a metal manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail, and can maintain production targets while meeting quality and safety standards. This is a 2nd-shift position paying $25–$30 per hour based on experience, with an additional 15% shift differential. Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility begins after 90 days. Requirements
- Previous waterjet or CNC machine operating experience.
- Experience in metal manufacturing and fabrication.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently squat, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

- Experience operating tow motors and overhead cranes.
