Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and supporting the management of water/wastewater/stormwater treatment and conveyance projects, including pipelines and pumping facilities.
  • Assess, develop, and support the management of sustainability and resilience projects, including vulnerability and mitigation assessments, and planning/design for utilities, municipalities, and cities.
  • Conduct fieldwork, including site visits, sampling, water quality analyses, technology evaluation, gathering plant operations information, troubleshooting processes, and optimizing systems.
  • Support Asset Management projects by performing data analytics, operational and organizational assessments, condition assessments, and performance evaluations of water/wastewater/stormwater facilities.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other audio-visual materials, and participate in client meetings.
  • Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Facilitate coordination for timely completion and submission of projects on time and budget.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for collaboration across the U.S. and internationally.
  • Learn and use digital tools such as SharePoint, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Power BI, and Augmented Reality to enhance customer experience, team and client collaboration, and project delivery.
