Responsibilities include vacuuming waste, cleaning machines and areas with water blasting, and lancing lines and pipes. The position requires handling high-pressure water, operating various equipment, and performing general cleanup tasks. Effective communication with supervisors and customers is essential, as is adherence to the work schedule, including potential overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role may involve working in elevated areas, confined spaces, and wearing specialized personal protective equipment (PPE). Employees must be able to work in awkward positions for extended periods, stand and walk for long distances, and climb stairs. Maintaining communication via company radio and ensuring consistent attendance are also key aspects of the job. Requirements

Must possess a valid driver’s license.
May be required to possess a CDL license depending on local, state, and site requirements.
Ability to observe details at close range.
Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
Ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required.
Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time.
Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools.
Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner.
Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties.
Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern.
Must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment.
Adherence to all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.

Nice To Haves

2 years in industrial cleaning desired but not required.

Responsibilities

Vacuum waste and spilled product.
Water blast clean machines and areas.
Lance clean lines and pipes.
Handle up to 10,000 psi water pressure.
Provide sanitation and cleaning assistance as needed for shoveling, snow removal, pesticide application, and general area clean up.
Assist in formulating standards / work procedures while performing duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
Operate skid loaders, scissors lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, RTFL, and hand / power tools.
Effectively communicate with supervisor and customer to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations.
Maintain adherence to the published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by demands of the job, including days, nights, and weekends.
Work all shifts including holidays and weekends when demanded by the job.
Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment when required.
Work in confined spaces, wear a respirator, fall protection equipment and other necessary PPE as required.
Work in awkward positions for long periods of time, stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb excessive stairs.
Maintain communication with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.
Evaluate a site for safety hazards and communicate with supervisor if the area is felt to be unsafe.
Maintain and communicate using a company radio.
Maintain a consistent and good attendance record in accordance with Company policy.
Perform other work as defined by company and/or customer.
Ensure compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
Communicate with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives.
Meet physical requirements of the job.
