About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler’s Corporate Office in Seattle is seeking a Watch Refinisher to join its Watchmaking Team. The position restores and refinishes watches across multiple brands in accordance with brand guidelines, specifications, and quality standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Experience in jewelry, watchmaking, refinishing, polishing, or another precision-based industry.

Responsibilities

• Refinish watches across multiple brands according to established brand guidelines and specifications.
• Perform water-resistance testing and replace watch case gaskets as required.
• Ensure refinishing work meets or exceeds brand quality standards and expectations.
• Complete assigned services within established turnaround times while maintaining quality and precision.
• Communicate job status, progress, and service concerns to the Head Watchmaker.
• Handle customer pieces with care and attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
