About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler’s Corporate Office in Seattle is seeking a Watch Refinisher to join its Watchmaking Team. The position restores and refinishes watches across multiple brands according to established brand guidelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to precise, high-quality craftsmanship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Experience in the jewelry, watchmaking, refinishing, polishing, or another precision-based industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform watch refinishing services across multiple brands in accordance with established brand guidelines and specifications.
• Perform water resistance testing and replace watch case gaskets as required.
• Ensure all refinishing work meets or exceeds brand quality standards and expectations.
• Complete assigned services within established turnaround times while maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
• Communicate job status, progress, and service concerns to the Head Watchmaker.
• Handle customer pieces with a high level of attention to detail and care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
