About The Position
Operates and maintains steam boilers, auxiliaries, and chiller plant equipment. Represents the Facilities department on nights, weekends, and holidays as first contact regarding facilities.
Requirements
- 2 plus years of experience in a high pressure boiler room preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, climb a ladder
- Massachusetts Second Class Fireman License is required
- Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation

- Massachusetts First Class Fireman License or higher
