About The Position

Rosina Food Products is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Coordinator to support and oversee wastewater treatment operations within its food manufacturing facilities. The role involves hands-on work with treatment equipment and systems, helping maintain safe and compliant operations, and coordinating activity across shifts. The posting lists 2nd or 3rd shift.

Requirements

Basic understanding of chemistry and wastewater systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Comfort working in wet environments and around industrial equipment.
Ability to lift up to 60–75 lbs as needed.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of related wastewater or industrial treatment experience preferred.
Experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day wastewater treatment operations across all shifts.
Monitor systems and equipment to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Assign and follow up on departmental tasks and priorities.
Support preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed.
Monitor water and wastewater samples and adjust treatment chemicals accordingly.
Maintain required documentation and records for inspections and compliance.
Work with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
Assist with training and development of wastewater associates.
Coordinate contractor activity and sludge/grease removal operations.
Respond to operational issues and emergencies as needed.
