About The Position

The Service Technician supports field and yard tasks related to the wastewater industry, with a primary focus on fieldwork such as washing, pressure cleaning, and job site cleanup. The role requires a self-motivated and reliable person who can work independently and represent the company professionally. Work takes place outdoors at active job sites and involves driving for extended periods and physically demanding tasks. Personal protective equipment is required, and all sites are considered safety-sensitive.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to stay focused and avoid distractions, including unnecessary cell phone use.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification or experience.
• Knowledge of pneumatic pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-pressure washing and thorough cleanup at job sites.
• Operate field equipment such as jetters, vacuum units, and Hotsy pressure washers.
• Assist with confined space entry tasks and site preparation.
• Operate and maintain plant processing and yard equipment efficiently.
• Drive company vehicles safely to and from job locations.
• Operate forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment.
• Support vacuum truck operators with various tasks when needed.
• Participate in special projects and carry out additional duties as assigned.
