About The Position

Community Concierge Services is hiring part-time evening Trash Collectors (Porters) to provide doorstep valet trash and recycling collection at an apartment community in Frederick, Maryland. Collectors arrive at the assigned community, pick up bagged trash and recycling residents have left outside their doors, load it into the bed of their pickup truck, and transport it to the property's compactor or dumpsters. This is an active, on-your-feet role involving stairs and carrying bags. Routes take approximately 1.5 to 3 hours per night. The weekly schedule starts Sunday at 6 PM and Monday through Thursday at 7 PM, with work continuing until the route is complete. The job pays $30 per night and includes paid training; prior experience is not required. The posting also mentions paid holidays and a path to advancement for reliable porters. Requirements

Have an open-bed pickup truck for hauling collected trash on the property.
Have a smartphone with an active data plan for check-ins and route updates.

Be dependable and available for the set evening schedule: Sunday starting at 6 PM and Monday through Thursday starting at 7 PM, until the route is complete.
