We're looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined Wash Technician to help keep our facility operating safely, efficiently, and at the highest standard. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Follow direction, procedures, priorities and report to the Site Leader.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on car wash equipment and facility systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and water system equipment.
  • Monitor wash quality and make adjustments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain vacuum systems, Mat washers and other facility equipment.
  • Keep tools, parts inventory, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Communicate with support teams when required for repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep.
  • Respond to equipment issues and help minimize downtime.
  • Support daily operations and assist other team members when needed.
