Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes
Responsibilities
- Diagnose & repair residential HVAC systems
- Handle warranty service calls with professionalism
- Communicate clearly with homeowners
- Work with install teams & technical support
- Deliver top-tier customer service
