About The Position

Tilson Homes is hiring a Warranty Technician in the Gulf Coast to provide service and support to homeowners during the warranty coverage period. Working alongside Customer Care Representatives, the technician performs hands-on repairs in clients’ homes, helps coordinate service with other trades and vendors, and works with homeowners to resolve covered or manager-assigned issues. The role also involves identifying recurring warranty issues and collaborating with Construction to develop preventive measures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Some experience in handyman or repair work.
Customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively with homeowners.
Friendly and hardworking, with responsibility, honesty, and cooperation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the homebuilding industry.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on repairs in clients’ homes, including tile work, door adjustments, roof leak repairs, and sheetrock repairs.
Communicate and help coordinate service with other trades and vendors as needed.
Identify and analyze recurring warranty issues and work with Construction to develop ways to prevent them.
Work with homeowners to resolve issues covered by the warranty or assigned by the Manager.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
