About The Position

Join Tilson Homes as a Warranty Technician serving the Gulf Coast. Working alongside Customer Care Representatives, you will help bring clients’ homes up to standard and provide service and support throughout the warranty coverage period. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in handyman or repair work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the homebuilding industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs in clients’ homes, including tile work, door adjustments, roof leaks, and sheetrock repairs.
• Communicate and help coordinate service with other trades and vendors as needed.
• Identify and analyze recurring warranty issues and work with Construction to develop ways to prevent them.
• Work with homeowners to resolve issues covered by the warranty period or assigned by the Manager.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space.
