About The Position

Aqua Blue Pools is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our Warranty Technician Team! This is a full-time, year-round position (NOT seasonal) with great pay, benefits, and the opportunity to work with a team that values integrity, customer service! Requirements

  • Clean Driving Record
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Able to stoop, bend, kneel, sit, and stand for long periods of time
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

  • This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks associated with construction and/or service work that involves frequent heavy lifting, repetitive motion, prolonged standing, walking, and bending in outdoor working environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience preferred.
  • Three years’ experience in similar position or comparable industry experience
  • Knowledge of pools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality swimming pool repairs within budget and in a timely manner
  • Practicing attention to detail and effective communication within team
  • Follow timelines while minimizing waste
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and completion of repairs that are being performed with the client.
  • Professionally work alongside subcontractors and other parties involved in repairs
  • Effectively communicate between departments
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Review construction details and previous repairs to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory
  • Report project progress on timeline, and adjustments
  • Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
  • Interpret and explain technical information
  • Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
  • Be an effective team member
  • Ensure all equipment and materials needed are in working order
  • Effectively operate within scope of work
  • Ensure processes start and end on time, and efficiently
  • Accept on-call service as needed.
  • Conducting site inspections as needed
  • Ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Read and understand construction documents and plans.
  • Maintain cohesive relationships between departments and within team
  • Keep fellow team members accountable to maintain quality
  • Be able to practice two-way constructive and professional feedback
  • Respond to requests in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.
  • Elevate team members with technical skills and knowledge
