As a Warranty Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing warranty issues while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Plumbing experience required
Residential service or warranty experience preferred
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing materials and equipment
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Respond to residential warranty service calls in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repairs
Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, water lines, drain lines, and related components
Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding repairs and warranty coverage
Document service calls accurately and completely
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
Ensure all work is performed safely and meets local plumbing codes and company standards
Coordinate with builders, homeowners, and management to resolve warranty concerns
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
