About The Position

This role involves providing support and expertise within the warranty team. The Warranty Team Lead will be responsible for onboarding and training new employees, offering best-in-class support to dealers and fleet customers, and performing various technical and administrative duties. The position requires serving as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges and improvements, and analyzing and processing warranty claims according to established guidelines. Travel may be required occasionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience required
  • Must have effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
  • Must have a good recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives
  • Must be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines when dealing with areas of ambiguity
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable with processing large volumes of (claims) data and be able to provide data-driven answers to questions about the material processed

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to create and manage ad-hoc queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals

Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding/training support for new employees/as needed
  • Provide best-in-class support to our Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basis
  • Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned responsibilities
  • Work closely with external/internal stakeholders and management to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement
  • Able to travel as needed (<5%)
  • Collaborate with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, and Quality departments to analyze and process warranty claims via the established guidelines
  • Work in a collaborative environment
