Requirements

Accounting or bookkeeping skills: The ability to accurately process, reconcile, and maintain financial records.
Strong computer skills: Comfort using a variety of software applications, systems, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of service operations: A working understanding of service department processes and procedures.
Exceptional organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication when interacting with customers, coworkers, and management.
Customer-focused mindset: A commitment to providing outstanding customer experience.
Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Support warranty operations: Process warranty credits, account coding, and warranty reimbursement activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Manage warranty claims: Reconcile claims, communicate reimbursement differences, and submit parts, PIP, and entry-level manufacturer warranty claims.
Coordinate machine registrations: Work with customers, locations, and dealer groups to confirm machine registration details, update registrations, and complete responsible dealer transfers.
Support manufacturer programs: Proactively monitor manufacturer programs and communicate opportunities and requirements to locations and customers.
Monitor warranty receivables: Review assigned general ledger accounts and communicate needed entries to accounting and field teams in a timely manner.
