About The Position

Establishment Labs is a rapidly growing women's health company in the medical device, breast health, and aesthetics industry. They are seeking a Warranty Specialist to support Motiva USA's warranty management. This role involves acting as the main point of contact for warranty claim inquiries, verification, and routing. The specialist will provide professional customer service via phone and electronic channels to patients, providers, and Field Sales Agents. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, adhering to business protocols, and facilitating the timely resolution and payment of warranty claims. Additionally, the role requires cross-training in US order management to ensure business continuity and seamless customer support. This is an on-site position in the Austin area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Customer Service training
  • Salesforce/SAP training
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer service in medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry (preferably in fast-paced call center supporting)
  • Analytical thinking

Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for inbound warranty inquiries
  • Conduct outbound follow-up with health care providers to receive warranty requirements
  • Verify requirements and submit requests for payments and credits
  • Assist patient and health care providers with Motiva Imagine Inquiries
  • Provide cross functional support to Order Management for business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
