Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
0-2 years of experience in Customer Service field
Computer competence and familiarity Microsoft Office programs
Bilingual English / Spanish

Responsibilities

Serves as the initial contact for sales agencies to assist with products, systems, and solutions issues.
Takes ownership for assuring that issues are resolved timely and effectively for the customer directly and involving partners in the company for an effective resolution.
Learns products and processes pertaining to the Warranty Services standard work and product playbooks.
Document field labor claims and replacement fixture or parts data.
Learning to utilize LEAN tools to improve processes, communication, and resolutions for Acuity Brands products, systems, and solutions to drive improved customer satisfaction and a reduction of quality costs.
