About The Position

The Warranty Services Representative ensures an exceptional homeowner experience by managing warranty claims and coordinating timely, cost-effective repairs. This role partners closely with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams to evaluate issues, resolve concerns, and uphold warranty standards. This role is located on site in multiple assigned communities within the Houston, TX division.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of residential construction/remodeling, warranty/customer service, real estate, property management experience
  • Strong background in customer service, problem solving and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships; attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage warranty claims, ensuring alignment with construction standards, warranty guidelines, and budget parameters.
  • Coordinate and schedule service work with trade partners to deliver timely, efficient completion of repairs.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners, including educating them on home maintenance and clarifying warrantable vs. non-warrantable items.
  • Conduct homeowner meetings and follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of claims, communications, and completed work while collaborating with sales and construction teams and performing minor repairs as needed.
