About The Position

The Business Enterprise Advisory practice is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Lead Consultant to join our Auto Advisory practice. The Lead Consultant will primarily assist with the preparation and review of warranty parts and labor rate submissions as well as labor time guide submissions on behalf of our automotive clients. We seek an individual who has outstanding communication skills; ability to get along with all types of people and personalities; and experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced professional environment. Requirements

  • Experience working for franchised automotive, especially in the parts and service departments and a knowledge of warranty processes
  • Prior experience in automotive industry and/or experience with warranty reimbursement, warranty claims submission and/or repair order review are requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially excel, is required
  • Team player with high attention to detail
  • Willing attitude of support with other members of the Firm
  • Maintain thorough communication with team leaders
  • Be able to be self-accountable to fulfill deadlines timely
  • Assisting with other duties when needed

  • Accounting degree not required

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing warranty parts and labor rate calculations
  • Preparing (including coding) warranty labor time guide submissions
  • Comparing the excel data to PDF copies of repair orders
  • Identifying missing repair orders within the sequence
  • Ensuring overall compliance with applicable state statute and manufacturer requirements
  • Working collaboratively with the team’s staff, senior manager and partner
  • Managing 10+ team members while reporting to the partner and senior manager on the team.
