About The Position
Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Warranty Processor. This role involves processing warranty claims submitted by our dealer base, answering questions regarding claims via phone and email, and managing record retention and reporting, including scanning documents. Miscellaneous office duties are also part of the role.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office programs efficiently
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
