Position:
PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a full time Warranty Coordinator. This position makes sure that all of the warranty claims are correctly submitted as well as keeping other locations up to date on their warranty claims as needed.

• Good communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization, including vendors and customers

Nice To Haves

• Previous warranty or service writer experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationship with various manufacturers to review delinquent and disputed claims.
• Manage the warranty claims process from submission to tracking along with resubmission of claims as needed for all Brainerd locations.
• Work with Service Advisors on warranty work orders to ensure they are being submitted.
• Travel to the other Brainerd dealership location to review warranty claims and the process on a regular basis.
