You'll be joining Wabtec Bus Solutions, a team driving innovation in Transit Bus & Rail systems, including passenger door systems, wheelchair lifts & ramps, e-Bus charging systems, driver’s protective barriers, and more. We blend technical expertise with deep product knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions for our customers and communities. How will you make a difference? Responsible for end-to-end management of warranty claims and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), including claim intake, validation, documentation, and coordination with manufacturing, suppliers, logistics, and customer-facing teams. Ensures timely and accurate processing of returns, replacement orders, credits, and failure analysis activities while maintaining strong communication with internal and external partners. What do we want to know about you? Two years of college or relevant technical education preferred, with 1–3 years of experience in warranty, RMA, customer service, or related operations roles. Experience with ERP systems is strongly preferred. Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving capability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What will your typical day look like? Execute and manage warranty and RMA transactions, including creation, tracking, and closure of claims. Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and suppliers to resolve product issues and confirm eligibility of rejected claims. Create replacement orders, schedule service activities, and arrange outbound logistics when required. Serve as the primary communication link with customers, channel partners, and field personnel regarding claim status and resolution. Prepare credit memos, vendor compliance paperwork, and adjustments in accordance with company policy. Track and generate regular warranty/RMA reports and maintain RMA and warranty procedures and contribute to process improvements. You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
