About The Position

Job Summary: Manage manual claims process for entry into warranty website. Process and maintain warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation and criteria for claims. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs consistently. Enters accurate, valid and complete information for warranty claims. Works with customers and internal staff on RGA and RGA billing. Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Orders entry to provide support to other departments as needed. Assists with any clerical duties. Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Experience working with customer service. HVAC industry experience helpful. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Enter orders to provide support to other departments as needed. Process claims in high volume times. Strong organizational skills. Strong customer communication and customer service orientation Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally Equipment or Software Knowledge or Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Database software Salesforce Work Environment: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times. Some travel is expected.
