About The Position

Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Warranty Representative/Claims Processor. This role involves processing warranty claims submitted by our dealer base, answering questions regarding claims via phone/email, and managing record retention and reporting, including scanning documents. Miscellaneous office duties are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office programs efficiently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
• Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
• Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
