About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Claims Processor which is responsible for the successful submission of warranty claims to include pre-approval, proof of purchase, extended warranty, and any documentation for successful claims.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office, or similar).
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in processing warranty claims is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within required deadlines.
- Review repair orders, invoices, labor, and parts for compliance.
- Track claim status and follow up on pending or denied claims.
- Maintain accurate and organized claim records.
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and vendors.
- Assist with documentation requests.
