Warranty Booker - Summary You will be the final gatekeeper for repair orders, ensuring every line is coded correctly, labor punches match the work performed, and all claims meet Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) compliance standards. Your goal is simple: maximize legitimate revenue while maintaining a zero-error rate for audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in automotive warranty (Mercedes-Benz experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency with NetStar and common DMS platform (CDK).
- Deep understanding of Xentry Portal Platforms and MBUSA warranty policy manuals.
- Ability to work closely with Service Team to clarify "vague" stories before booking.

Responsibilities
- Process and close repair orders by applying correct operation codes and labor times.
- Review technician stories to ensure they meet MB standards (Condition, Cause, Remedy).
- Navigate MBUSA systems to verify vehicle history, service campaigns, and recall status.
- Ensure all supporting photos, paperless documents, and sublet invoices are attached and compliant.
- Work closely with Service Team to clarify "vague" stories before booking.
