About The Position

This position is responsible for supervising all aspects of the equipment and parts warranty process.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 3 years of related experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong PC skills and ability to adapt to a variety of software programs
• Effective organizational skills and a sound mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Manage new equipment warranty registration
• Supervise warranty staff
• Maintain and communicate the definitions of the warranty period for all parts in the fleet maintenance software and in applicable reference material for all shops
• Ensure all parts are entered into the fleet maintenance software accurately and consistently across all shops
• Supervise the warranty claim process with internal customers and external vendors.
• Ensure that all tools are in place and being used to capture warranty and to enter parts correctly
• Create, code, file and manage warranty claims for both internal and external shops for tractors, trailer,, and all components
