Requirements

  • Previous service booker / warranty experience with a luxury automotive dealership.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering elevated service experiences
  • Positive, driven, and team-oriented professionals
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work 40+ hours Monday – Saturday, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Process manufacture warranty claims for vehicle repair in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Be liaison between service department, manufacturer and customers.
  • Manage claim documentation to resolve denials and tracking repair records.
  • Ensure the accounting of service labor time is accurately documented.
  • Support service team by assisting with special reports and audits.
  • Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction.
