Requirements

High mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical information
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a parts and service industry

Responsibilities

Preparing warranty claims for submission to Heavy Equipment Vendors.
Collaborating with the service departments to gather factual information to maximize the amount of recovery on each claim.
Promote a positive customer experience.
